Submit a Trouble Ticket

In order to provide a tool for our existing clients to submit work orders or issues for resolution please complete our electronic trouble ticket.

Trouble tickets will be processed in the order that they are recieved however the order in which they are actually resolved will be determined by the priority level assigned by CIO Services of Louisiana. CIO Services of Louisiana retains the right to prioritize trouble tickets based on the nature of the request to ensure that urgent matters are handled appropriately and in a timely fashion. It does not make sense to put a word document format issue ahead of a client whose server just went down.

Please be as detailed as you can and when possible list the actual error message if applicable. Our trouble ticket has been developed to pull as much information as possible but please add any information that does not fit in any one field into the comments sections.

Remote Support Download

In order to better serve our clients CIO Services of Louisiana utilizes remote support solutions that allows us to connect to a client and service them from anywhere an internet connection is available. Our solution requires a simple file download that upon installation launches the remote support session. Upon completion the installation routine is automatically uninstalled leaving no "footprint". Providing the highest level of service is our goal and offering efficient and prompt solutions manifest our focus on customer service.
